When does this program begin and end?

  • Start date will be the first week of February and end in mid March. (time and dates TBD) 

  • We will meet every other Thursday at 7pm CST beginning 2/4/2021

  • Enrollment ends 1/29/2021


How many people are in this program?

  • Groups are limited to 6 people

Will group sessions be recorded if I'm unable to attend?

  • Due to HIPAA guidelines group sessions will not be recorded
