        As a seasoned nurse, I have combined my 15,000 + hours of clinical experience with my training in integrative coaching, nutrition and functional medicine,  I understand that we are all bio-individual.  Although there is not one diet for everyone, I teach how important it is to  incorporate whole food plant based nutrition and the eliminate processed foods.  I teach strategies to effectively manage stress, decrease inflammation, support the body holistically and help you prioritize what is most important in your life.   

          Having a difficult time making the changes necessary for your health? My nurse coach training also includes; motivational inquiry, neuro linguistic programming, appreciative inquiry, and the transtheoretical model of behavioral change.  All designed to help you peel back the layers to discover your innate wisdom and eliminate barriers to change.

        I view my clients as completely whole, fully alive not someone needing to be fixed.  I believe our bodies have a magnificent ability to heal.
